I purchased the portrait smiles club option (that is good for a year) after basically being forced to, and then I go to get pictures done again 3 months later and the store is closed!! I feel that I should be refunded for the portrait smiles club that I purchased because I can not use it!
This is crazy that they talk up their services and products so people will purchase them or be forced to purchase them because they are good for a year, and then close. And they litterally closed less then three months after I had gotten pictures done, and didn't give any notice to their customers?
